True Lift Services is a small business specialising in all aspects of the lifting tackle industry with 18 years experience in testing, repairing, maintaining and advising customers on the correct equipment for the task. Chris Lotheringen the owner is a registered LMI who will travel to site to do any testing or inspecting required, aside from inspections, any items damaged can be repaired on site (if spares are availatile) or repaired back at the workshop and sent back to site within a week, customer service and satisfaction is our primary concern and without sacrificing quality we strive to ensure an expeditious turnover time so lack of equipment does not hold back production. We repair all makes of known lifting machines that have spares available.
On site testing can be done with weights if they are available or with a portable test stand brought to site to perform a dynamic brake and lift test as required by SABS 1594 and 1636. All testing and certifications are required ( quarterly / 6monthly / annually) as stated in the OHS act of 93 regulation 18 and we strive to ensure that all requirements are met as per regulation. All items passed will receive a certificate that is within full compliance of the OHS act.
Testing and maintaining your lifting equipment ensures a safe working environment for your employees and less risk of damage to your products, working together we strive to ensure your equipment is always kept 100 percent to standard, minimising that risk to nearly zero.
